At Kapileshwar Mahadev Mandir, we deeply value your devotion and trust. As a religious charitable institution, our offerings and services are considered sacred, and cancellations are governed accordingly. Please read our policy carefully before proceeding with any transactions on our website.
1. Donations
All donations made are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Once a donation is successfully processed and acknowledged, no request for cancellation will be entertained.
Devotees are advised to review and confirm all details before initiating a donation.
2. Pooja / Seva / Darshan Bookings
All bookings for Pooja, Seva, Aarti, Abhishek, or Darshan made through the official website are considered final.
No cancellation, rescheduling, or refund will be processed once the booking is confirmed.
In case a devotee is unable to attend the booked service, the Mandir will not be responsible for any refund or adjustment.
If the Trust is unable to perform the booked ritual due to unavoidable reasons, a reschedule or alternate arrangement may be offered at the discretion of the Trust.
3. Technical Errors or Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails or no confirmation is received due to a technical error:
The Trust will verify the transaction status with the payment gateway provider.
If verified as incomplete or failed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
In the case of duplicate payments, verification will be conducted, and if eligible, the excess amount may be refunded.
4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred, please report it immediately to your bank and notify us at:
